Mark Viduka's late goal at highbury yesterday means Arseanl have lost the small bit of hope they were clinging onto of regaining their Premiership crown.
It was already looking extremely likey that Man United would aquire their 8th title in 11years but Leeds sealed it with a 3-2 victory over the Gunners to make up for the embarrasing 4-1 thrashing they received at Elland road earlier on in the season.
Leeds went out knowing that a win would almost certainly make sure they were still in the Premiership next year, where they can hopefully do alot better than they have in this appauling season.
And if they can produce results like this in the league next year then they should be on track to get a top 6 finish, where they should be.
